- NQF 5 6-month certification

12 months uninterrupted employment with a real estate agency - Log book and POE complete
Non-Principal Property Practitioner
- PDE 4 Exam with the PPRA completed and complaint
- NQ 4 6-month certification
- 12 months uninterrupted employment with a Real Estate agency
- Log book & POE complete
Candidate Property Practitioner
- NQ 4 -6-month certification but has to be complaint within 24 months of registering as a CPP, can be done within conjunction with the Logbook.
- 12 months uninterrupted employment with a Real Estate agency
- Log book complete over a 12-month period and can only be submitted after 12 months of probation.
