Golden Tiger Realtors invests in owner managed subsidiary partnerships with CEO’s. We empower entrepreneurs who are passionate about property through equity participation in the Golden Tiger Realtors brand.
We have developed an 80/20 equity partnership model as opposed to franchises.
GTR funds start-up marketing and up to 8 months business Opex
We start with a remote based operations model and when the real estate agencies reach critical mass and are income generative, GTR invests in office setup.
CEO’s have a minimum 60% and up to a maximum of 80% commission split
CEOs have 20% equity ownership in the company
CEO’s invest zero capital for their 20% equity stake
